Yes, and your pets are in the same airspace of the car as our drivers, we can always see and hear them.

Relocations should be seen as a project with a lot of 3rd party requirements and costs such as veterinaries, governments, airlines, airport services, customs, quarantines, brokers, etc. etc.

Pet Protection and Travel Assurance plan protects you from additional costs that could arise due to last-minute unforeseen obstacles.

This plan does not cover:  

Problems arising from travel changes made by you  

Administration and planning errors made by you or a third party  

Withdrawn Quarantine approvals at destination  

Withdrawn Airline approvals for pets traveling Pet in Cabin or Pet in Excess luggage  

Blood tests and other laboratory tests  

Replacement of travel crates that were not previously approved by JetPetGlobal  

Death or loss of your pet  

Cargo fees when transferring from Pet in Cabin or Pet in Excess luggage  

Crate fees when transferring from Pet in Cabin to Cargo  

New Import permits at destination

Our Pet Protection and Travel Assurance plan is valid up to 10 days after first scheduled travel date.  

Depending on the airport your pet is transiting in your pet will be taken out the crate and cared for. Some airports may even take your dog for a walk. We will always prefer the airline that has the best facility on the way making sure your pet is well cared for.

If you pet is flying Gulf Air and transits in Bahrain, please feel free to ask for our special transit service.

Well, Nothing! Most calming medicines are not advisable during flight and we are only able to give a natural calming spray or smell.

We offer a variety of crates, all are IATA LAR compliant or better. Where possible, we will advise on a made to size wooden crate, it is often a much more economic way to travel because the standard plastic crate sizes are often on the wider side.

Ideally you should avoid anything that can be a choking hazard or could become a projectile. You can safely add one of your worn t-shirts with your scent on.

If your pet is flying as Excess luggage or Cargo, your pet will most likely be under the business passenger area. The temperature is about the same as where the passengers are and the crate will be secured to prevent sliding or worse during take off or turbulence. The airline will only allow pets on board that have been booked and if the ventilation in the hold is in working order. The captain is always notified of traveling pets on board. There is no one with your pet in the cargo hold, but it is not a bad thing, most cats and dog resign to sleep as there is nothing much else to do.
