While we take all necessary precautions, we cannot guarantee that your animal will not experience travel-related stress, delays, or unforeseen complications.

Payments should be received in full ideally 10 days before the travel date. Shipments that have not been paid in full on the date of travel risk being delayed/cancelled.
All transportation is subject to airline, quarantine and local authority guidelines. Delays, cancellations, or policy changes may affect your animals' shipment.
While uncommon, we hold the right to delay, cancel or reroute shipments as we see fit for any reason, without any liability.
Any cost due to a shipment being delayed/canceled/rerouted is the responsibility of the owner of the animals.
We are not liable for any health issues, injuries, loss, or unexpected incidents occurring during transit, except in cases of proven negligence.
The original vaccination records have to travel with the animal and should be handed over to us as soon as you accept this quote.
Animals that are not present at the agreed time of pick up on the day of travel will be left behind, We are not responsible for any inconvenience or cost following a decision to leave an animal behind. It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that their animals are kept safely indoors / at the place of pick up, ready by the time of pick up for travel.

In order to provide a quotation for any services required, a Jetpet Global WLL representative may ask for personal information, including but not limited to: Name, address, email address, telephone numbers, pet details and overseas contact details. Along with any other relevant information, required for our service provision.
What do we do with your information?
We will use the information to provide a quotation for the service/s requested. During the course of works, it is likely that we’ll need to pass on your details to relevant airlines, government agencies and/or overseas agents and our representatives.
How long do we hold your information?
As long as required by the regulations governing the service we are providing. In certain cases, this can be up to five years.
By asking us to provide you with a quotation for a service, you consent that we may use that information as required in order to provide a quotation and carry out confirmed business, as instructed by you.
Who will see my information?
This will depend on the work that you ask us to complete. Overseas relocation and import work will typically require that we pass on your details to relevant organisations such as, but not limited to, overseas agents, airlines, government authorities, vets and kennels. If you have requested assistance with secondary, travel related products and services, we will forward your details to the company concerned.
Can I see what information we store about me?
Yes, we can provide you with a copy of this information within 21 days of a formal request

We may need to forward your details to a third party in order to complete our work for you. This information is typically sent by industry standard, unencrypted email and therefore cannot be considered entirely secure. On receipt, we do our utmost to protect the information we hold about you, whether in electronic or paper format.
